I founded my coaching business because I felt an intense passion to live life on my own terms, free from the shame, cultural and religious pressures and sexual misinformation that had plagued myself and others I met in my journey, for as long as I can remember.

I knew I was “Born to Be Wild,” and my Lifestyle reflects that, with a focus on promoting positive mental health, sexual autonomy, and the exploration of intimacy free from society’s stigmas and judgments.

As a coach, I’m committed to empowering my clients to achieve the same level of freedom and self expression that I have found. I believe that all people, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances, deserve to experience the joy and pleasure that comes with healthy, informed, consensual intimacy and connection with others.

My coaching practice is a safe space for all sexual orientations. Through my intimacy coaching techniques, I help clients to process & release the stress and trauma that can interfere with their ability to fully enjoy pleasure.

My goal is to teach my clients how to integrate these skills into their everyday lives, so they can experience more satisfying, fulfilling relationships both in and out of the bedroom. I also share my favorite products and partner with other small and women-owned businesses to support our community.
